much much better

So I ran my second half of my b2b runs today. I had 24 on the schedule, i ran 24.3!!! i learned a couple things after my run yesterday. I started 2 hours earlier, had water dropped for me, and slowed down. i felt great, my legs weren’t that tired and I really could have kept going. That was huge for me because I was on the road for over 4 hours. That is the longest i have been on my feet running, so knowing that I can make it that far boosts my confidence tremendously!!
