This summer included more than just running 100's of miles.
Life was full and I wouldn't want it any other way!

What a weekend and perfect cap to the #grandslamsu

What a weekend and perfect cap to the #grandslamsummer. More to come, but we did it folks! The GrandSlam of Ultrarunning is now complete. To have all my favorite people there, do hard things, and accomplish this goal...
What now?!

It's always a treat to see my friend @runwithtara

It's always a treat to see my friend @runwithtara, whether at a race or a planned run.
The first time we met IRL was when she paced me in 2017 at @wasatch100, which was my third 100 miler. Having been friends online beforehand, spending hours on end together wasn't going to be a problem.
Here we are 9 years later for my second go around and the last race of The Grand Slam of Ultrarunning.
I was fortunate enough to be at two races, including the final one of her Rocky Mountain Slam journey two years ago.
Who knew we'd be here, slamming away! Thanks for the tour and can't wait to see you on the other side!

The last leg of the #grandslamsummer begins today.

The last leg of the #grandslamsummer begins today. As I start the journey west full of nervousness and excitement, it is not lost on me that this time next week I'll be 12 hours into the last race of the grand slam.
I am as ready as I am going to be.
