My passion for running has crossed the line from being a hobby to becoming a job. A job that I love! I have always been drawn to running. I have been running for the past 11 years and have made the leap into Ultra running and race directing.
I believe that the right coach can help you see the potential you already possess and the confidence you deserve. Training isn’t always easy, but it should be fun and accessible. I believe in you as a person first and a runner second.
I love competing. I love the atmosphere that a race holds. I also love the challenge that comes with each and every race. The purpose of my coaching is to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself. Whether you are new to running, chasing a BQ, or looking to venture into a new distance, the feeling of achieving that goal is the same.
I starting coaching for the Girls On The Run program. Those girls helped me grow as a person and unknowingly helped me through some dark times with their positive and energetic attitudes. My love for coaching started there.
